Return & Exchange Policy
At TARGO, we pride ourselves on selling high-quality products to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. Therefore, most of our products are covered by a money-back or exchange guarantee within 2 days from the date the product is delivered to the customer, or within 12 hours from the time of order if the product has not been shipped, subject to the following conditions:
1. Keep the invoice or a copy of it.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
3. The guarantee does not apply to products returned without the box and accessories originally included with the product.
4. Exchanges will be processed within 10 days from the date TARGO receives the product and confirms its condition, provided it has not been used.
5. The guarantee does not cover product damage or misuse. If damage is found to be caused by misuse, the cost will be borne by the customer.
6. At TARGO, we cover return and exchange fees if the error is on TARGO part or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
7. For returns or exchanges of intact products in their original condition, the customer will bear the return/exchange fees in addition to the transaction fee for the payment method used.
8. Gifts and promotional gift orders are non-returnable.

1. Return and exchange fees include shipping and delivery charges.
2. Returns and exchanges apply only to products shipped to GCC countries. Products shipped outside the GCC are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I return or exchange a product?
Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you and provide all necessary details. You can contact us through the channels available on our store page:
1. If the product has been shipped to the customer: Submit a request and ship the products you wish to return or exchange (at the customer’s expense) within no more than 2 days from the date the product was delivered.
2. If the product has not been shipped to the customer: Submit a request within no more than 12 hours from the time of order.
How can I receive the refund amount?
1. If the order has been received by the customer: The refund will be processed after the products to be returned are shipped and received by TARGO, and their condition is verified. The refund will be issued according to the payment method used. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card used for the order. Please note that the transfer process may take 14–21 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
