This page sets out the legal terms and conditions under which Salis Business Solutions Company, or the sales platforms, channels, and affiliated companies in your place of residence, sell the products listed on this website (www.igotargo.com). These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, so you must review them before making any new purchase. We are committed to complying with international standards relating to distance selling and e-commerce at all times. Orders Through the Website:

  1. By ordering products through our website, you confirm your desire to enter into a contract with us to purchase those products at the prices indicated on the date and time you place the order. We reserve the right to change product prices from time to time, during promotional periods for example, or in the case of incorrect pricing. If the corrected price of the products at the time of your order is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions regarding the order before accepting it. Prices include any applicable value-added tax (VAT, GST, or any other similar taxes or fees) as required by applicable law.

  2. Please note that completing the online purchase or sending our confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is only considered accepted by us upon its delivery to you and subject to full payment being received. You can review submitted orders and check their current status at any time by visiting our website, clicking “Sign In” at the top of the page, and then “Track Your Order.”

  3. If we are unable to supply the products you ordered and have not completed your order for any reason, we will inform you. This may be due to the product being out of stock or due to an error found in the product price. If you have paid for those products, we will refund the full amount to the card you used for payment as quickly and reasonably as possible.

  4. Some products are for export only and are not eligible for use within the country.

 

Payment:

  1. When paying through our website, you can use several available payment methods such as credit cards, electronic payment, and Apple Pay.

  2. Apple Pay payment fees: Please note that fees for using Apple Pay depend on the type of card used in the payment process. Some banks may charge additional fees according to their policies, so it is recommended to contact your bank to learn the details of any potential fees that may be added to the transaction.

 

Delivery and Receipt:

  1. Please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the type of products ordered, the services you have chosen, and the delivery address.

  2. We will make every effort to deliver the products to your address on the estimated delivery date specified in our email confirming your order. If we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to set another estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for delivery to the address, as applicable.

  3. If you have chosen delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery appointment. Products may be left with another party (such as: a person you authorize to receive, a building security guard, or a housemaid, etc.) with your express authorization.

  4. The risks related to the products you order (including risks of loss and/or damage to the products) pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order or upon receipt.

  5. Sometimes, the supply of the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as shortages of materials, delays in importation, demand exceeding expectations, or issues with shipping companies). In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed, but we bear no liability to you for any such delay or failure to deliver.

 

Order Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department in accordance with TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy via the page available in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the store page. If you have paid by credit card or any debit card and you cancel the order in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund (if applicable under TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy) as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for the time it takes for the transaction to reappear in your account.

  2. If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange it for certain products, you must inform us in accordance with TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy via the page available in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the store page. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied, in their original packaging, with a copy of the related invoice. Please note that any materials provided with the products free of charge must also be returned.

  3. When returning your order or exchanging it for other products, we will process the refund once TARGO receives the returned/exchanged products (if the order was shipped to you), excluding any delivery fees you paid. If the order was not shipped, the refund will be processed after the request is submitted by the customer within the period specified under TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy, excluding any delivery fees you paid.

  4. If incorrect, non-matching, damaged, or faulty products are supplied, we will offer you a replacement product or refund the full amount, including any delivery fees you paid. In all cases, you must return the incorrect, damaged, or faulty products to us in accordance with TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy via the page available in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the store page.

  5. You must exercise care when handling any products you wish to return and not use them. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to the products while in your possession, including if they have been worn or washed.

  6. Ensure that you request a shipment tracking number from the shipping company to track the parcel and to provide proof of dispatch.

  7. In the case of returning or exchanging a product, it may take up to 14–21 business days for us to process the refund. The refund will be made to the card used for payment after the product is inspected by the TARGO team, provided that the order was shipped to you and has been received back by us after the return. If the order was not shipped, the refund will be processed after the request is submitted by the customer within the period specified under TARGO’s Return and Exchange Policy.

  8. If we do not receive the products you wish to exchange or return (in the case that the order was shipped to you), we will have to cancel your return or exchange request.

  9. Once those products arrive at TARGO (if they were previously shipped to you), we will contact you to confirm that we have received them.
